VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT:

We are currently looking for outstanding results oriented senior development professionals for a AUSAID funded three years “ Early childhood care and education (ECCE) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province” to fill the following critical leadership positions.


Position: Project Director (1 Position):
Location: Islamabad.

To manage and implement ECCE project. Ensure overall progress of the project in terms of administrative, financial and program activities timely.

Required Qualification & Experience:

* Master’s degree in social Science and/or Education. Candidates must be Master’s from AKU-IED and/or Notre Dame Institute for education, Karachi.

* At least 10 years of project management experience in development sector.

* Minimum 2 years experience in monitoring, evaluation & research.

* Minimum 3 years experience in teaching.


Position: Gender Child Protection Specialist (1 Position):
Location: Islamabad.

This is cross-project position under education. The person will be a core member of the education and child development unit.

Required Qualification & Experience:

* Master’s degree in social policy and/or Science and/or Gender and Development and/or social exclusion.

* 10-12 years total experience where minimum 5 years experience as Gender Specialist, minimum 3 years experience in teaching, minimum 1 year experience in child’s rights and protection and minimum 1 year experience in capacity building and working in community on gender and social exclusion.


Position: Education Policy Specialist (1 Position):
Location: Islamabad.

The person will be a core member of the education and child development unit. She/he will disseminate government educational policies, reforms and KPK education sector plan to the project field staff, district education staff, public representative, civil society and locals NGOs.

Required Qualification & Experience:

* Master’s degree in social policy & public policy form the reputed universities with minimum 5 years experience in working with government educational department or policy research institutions.

* Clear understanding of article 25A of the 18th constitutional amendment.
