TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER - Fatima Group - Lahore

Job Detail:
We are the largest manufacturer of compound fertilizers in Pakistan, producing nitrogen and phosphate based fertilizers and providing balanced nutrient solutions to the farming community throughout Pakistan. Our fertilizer plants, Pakarab Fertilizers and Fatima fertilizer have the technology to produce Calcium ammonium Nitrate (CAN) and Nitro Phosphate (NP) in addition to urea.

We are looking for an outstanding candidate for our Marketing Division to lead the technical services team as Departmental Head, reporting to Director Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Company’s farmer technical services initiatives.
Manage a large technical and development team.
Articulate development programs.
Maintain strong liaison with agriculture institutions in the government and private sector.
Manage the technical laboratories.
Develop and manage research database.

Qualification and Experience:
Should be Ph.D preferably in the field of Agronomy or soil Sciences with minimum 20 years of experience in agricultural research and development, technology transfer and fertilizer management.
Should have managed a team of professionals.
Expert in developing research projects for using the results as a tool for farmer education
Innovative and updated on latest developments in the field.
