Olympia Chemicals Limited, the second largest producer of Soda Ash and Refined Sodium Bicarbonate in Pakistan requires the services of highly professional, dedicated and committed persons for the following positions at their plant Warcha, District Khushab.

Manager Maintenance

B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering, having 14-18 years maintenance experience of rotary equipment, pumps, compressors and agitators. The incumbent should be familiar with condition monitoring analysis of rotary equipment. Candidate possessing good knowledge and ability of implementing predictive / preventive maintenance plans would be preferred. Be able to work on job related computer softwares independently and have knowledge of Quality Management System. Experience of Petrochemical / Cement / Chemical industry would be preferred. Age 40 to 50 years.

Manager Utilities

B.E / B.Sc. Engineering (Mechanical /Chemical), having 14-18 years work experience in maintenance and operation of high pressure boilers. Sound knowledge of other utilities related function like water treatment, coal and its properties etc. is necessary. The incumbent must have knowledge about Quality Management System (QMS) and job related softwares. Experience of coal fired high pressure boilers shall be preferred. Age 40 to 50 years.

Deputy Manager Mechanical

B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering, having 9-10 years work experience of similar position. Experience of Petrochemical / Cement I Chemical industry would be preferred. The candidate should be fully conversant with the maintenance of pumps, conveying system, reciprocating compressors and rotary equipment. Capable of planning, maintenance and allied work. Age 35 to 45 years.

Assistant Manager Production

B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemical Engineering), having 5-6 years work experience of continuous process industry preferably Chemical / Petro-Chemical industry. Well conversant with PLC and DCS control system. Be aware of modern quality management systems especially ISO 9001:2008, Health & Safety management system. Age up to 35 years.

Assistant Manager Utilities

B.E / B.Sc. Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical), having 5-6 years work experience in maintenance and operation of high pressure boilers and steam turbines. Experience of Skoda Jinma & Qingdao turbines and operating circulating fluidized bed coal fired boilers shall be preferred. The incumbent must have the knowledge of QMS, Microsoft and related softwares. Age up to 35 years.

Principal Boiler Engineer

1st class Boiler Engineer competency certificate, having 3-5 years working experience. The incumbent will be responsible for maintenance and operations of high pressure boilers. Experience of operating circulating fluidized bed coal fired (solid fuel) boilers would be preferred. Age upto 32 years.

Plant Operators

DAE Chemical / F.Sc. Pre Engineering, having 3-4 years work experience of continuous process industry preferably Chemical / Petro-Chemical industry. The incumbent must have exposure of PLC and DCS control system in operation. Age upto 30 years.
