Saudi Pak Industrial and Agricultural Investment Company Limited (Saudi Pak) is an equal joint venture between the Government of Pakistan and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Headquartered in Islamabad, Saudi Pak is a Development Investment Financial Institution engaged in the business of providing long-term and short-term finance to industrial and agro-based industrial projects and managing investments n capital markets. Saudi Pak has maintained a long-term entity rating of AA (Double A Plus) from JCR VIS Credit Rating company for the last ten years.

The Position:

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and influential leader for the post of Chief Executive Officer.

This position is responsible for directing the company with the objective of providing maximum return on invested capital, establishing short-term objectives plans and policies, and representing the company to its major customers, the financial community, the regulators and the public. This position reports to the Board of Directors.

The selected candidate should be a career development / investment banker and meet the following minimum qualifying criteria:

  • Be a Pakistani national.
  • An MBA major in Finance / Investments or a post-graduate degree in Finance or a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
  • At least 10 years experience in development banking investment banking and capital markets at a top management position in a commercial bank or a DFI/NBFC.
  • Proven leadership qualities, strategic vision and analytical skills.
  • Should not be more than 55 years of age.
  • Must be eligible to quality SBP’S Fit and Proper Test criteria.
