Chief Financial Officer

Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the CFO will provide dynamic leadership, guidance and direction in financial matters by ensuring financial discipline and budgetary controls, developing and managing financial systems and internal controls, overseeing financial reporting and treasury, ensuring compliance with international auditing standards and meeting federal budgetary reporting requirements. The incumbent is required to provide recommendations to the CEO on major financial decisions and carry out the financial policy decisions made by the Board.

Educational Qualification & Experience

The ideal candidate would have a CFA/CA/CPA or MS/MBA (Finance) from an accredited university along with 10 years of progressive experience with exposure to financial management, investment management or financial consulting with strong command over compliance requirements, financial report writing skills and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. He/She should be a result oriented individual with excellent leadership and analytical skills.
